Amar
Project Co-ordinatorAmar co-ordinates and supports the Luton Foodbank team, ensuring collection and distribution sessions are organised and promoted. He acts as lead contact with partners and volunteers, liaising with referrers and distribution-centre hosts to grow the project and, identifying and resolving any problems that arise. Amar also works with partner agencies to facilitate wider support services to help clients deal with any other underlying problems. Amar also develops and manages sustainable partnerships with public, voluntary, and private-sector partners.
Sandra
Project AdministratorSandra provides clerical and administrative support, inputting data and maintaining records, spreadsheets and databases. Her day-to-day activities include: organising paperwork, computer-based information, co-ordinating office cover, managing budgets and resources, ordering materials, processing invoices, and reimbursing expenses. She also deals with enquiries, and arranges meetings, appointments, and events, as well as keeping minutes of meetings.

Marketing AssistantGreg maintains our website and social media pages, as well as producing publicity posters, etc.
